App hasn't worked for months with zero updates. Have posted and posted every month for 4 months and still cannot login. Now requires login to do anything and it won't login. Opens web page in chrome browser, enter credentials, says sign in successfull, then goes back to the login screen in the app. Completely unusable now. I will never buy anything from Giant ever again. This bike has been nothing but problems. It tells you something about a company with so many bad reviews and no updates.

I would like to give this app zero stars but can't. The app does not record any rides with my bike and I have been InTouch with customer support that many times and still not fixed. This issue has been going on for nearly a year. I have found that if you use an apple phone it works fine but not an android! This is not great service, I wish I had gone to a different manufacturer now🤑

The app will not launch without an Internet connection. I had the app paired and connected to my bike before I left for a ride. Got to the trail, didn't have cell phone service, and was unable to launch the app to connect to the bike. Totally unable to read out bike diagnostics or tune the sync drive motor offline. Please fix! Tip: I downgraded to v1.22.0.11, this version works offline, but you'll have to make a separate account for it.
