Only just downloaded the app and there's the appearance of a filter for filtering by vehicle type. Unfortunately they don't seem to have actually developed that functionality yet so you have to click on every single vehicle location to find out what type of vehicle it is. Finding a van is not easy. Using the helpbot to find a solution is pointless - it only seems to bring up completely random information not linked even to the question topic or keywords.

The concept is great but the app is a mess. The registration process is a nightmare with lots of backs and forths. If you'd like to add an additional driver you'll need to fill all his/her details as you can't search for GoCar profiles which would save a lot of time. It won't accept the same email address nor credit card. If they fix those things would be happy to modify my rating.

Rather use YUKO 1. Booking was cancelled 5 min prior pick up. Customer service adviced vehicle was clamped & reported a few min prior. I was refunded yet no other cars within desired category were available for that day. 2. Booked >6 HRS. Tried to edit trip & the app will not allow it without reason. Tried calling customer support with absolute fail. Whilst running late they informed me that another customer was waiting for the car. I explained the above difficulties but they charged regardless.
