If I could give zero I would. Booked one car, wasnt returned in time for my booking. They charged me a service fee even though the app said "no charge" to cancel (they should be offering me a discount or something, ridiculous). Had to try and book another vehicle immediately, was 10km away from the location it was supposed to be. Why did they even let me book it? Terrible service and overpriced too. Don't be fooled, it's not convenient. Worse, customer support is weekday daytime only

Can be expensive! Also automatic selection is poor especially in areas outside of Dublin, its rare to find an automatic as they usually just put one or two in and they are constantly booked out also in areas outside if Dublin there are no options at all for EV cars which I'm hoping they change soon, rewards system is ok but they should allow us to choose if we want to spend it on the price of the car or
