As a blind user of this app, making a GoFundMe was extremely difficult to say the least. Not only was I kicked out repeatedly, but when I attempted to add additional photos and videos, it required that I use tools that someone who can see would use to edit and crop the photos and/ or videos before allowing me to post them and I couldn't even post them because of the accessibility issues with GoFundMe compatibility with TalkBack

Great platform, app needs much improvement. When navigating through the app, there are lots of pages that trigger a "Error loading page" message. These pop-up messages keep coming up with the GoFundMe logo, even after I've switched to other apps. There are many things I just can't do successfully in the app, like change payout schedule. It's not all bad, notifications work and you can see information about your fundraising.

Each time I try to use the app, a pop-up appears stating, "We encountered an error. Contact support." It's also not user-friendly when it comes to locating fundraisers; there's no search field. Instead, they provide multiple locations to start a new GoFundMe. I always end up having to use my wed browser; the app is pointless.
