Would like to see better experience when I'm binge watching shows. The next episode doesn't come on automatically while Chromecasting and I have to open the app and scroll through shows to get to GOT. Then pick the season, then scroll to my episode, then hit play. It would be nice if there was an easier way to get to the next episode. Also I would like to be able to put a series in the watchlist instead of just one episode. Seems to take longer to buffer when streaming thru 4g. Netflix and Comcast apps don't have as many freezes on same network.
This app sucks! Besides it been so slow to open app it always has error codes. Im always getting "an error has occurred. HBO GO will now restart" but nothing happens. I was just watching Vice and now i can't even watch hbo no more because of this stupid error. Now I get a network error.Fix asap or will unsubscribe. Oh and by the way HBO won't reply to get issue fixed.
The memory of the app is poor whilst the content is good HBO quality. We need an automatic play of the next episode (like Netflix or YouTube). Binge watching is quite a hassle with this app because you have to go in, search the show again (since there isn't even a "recently watched" or "next episode" category) and then after all that choose which episode to start. Also sometimes when you stop a movie or show it will begin from the beginning instead of where you left off.
I use consolidated communications. The login screen from hbo go app doesn't even appear anymore! I haven't used it in three months and just now decided I really want to use this app. Other providers like at&t and consolidated cable work though!
I am not able to log into my account. I click on Time Warner Cable Spectrum and all I get is a black screen, no log in area. I tried clicking on other cable providers and their log in screens come up. WTH?
I have never had a problem with this apps performance... It works great , my problem is with HBO Go, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel my subscription, can anyone help with that? Just taking the app off the phone does not cancel the subscription, and I can't find anything on the HBO Go website that tells me how to cancel.
