Review from A Google User
Need an Android 3.2 version I was running HBOGo on my Vizio tablet but when I upgraded from Gingerbread to Honeycomb the app stopped working! I just saw here that it is not compatible with Honeycomb. :( Hopefully HBO can release a newer version for Honeycomb...very soon! You would think HBO would have done something already since many android users are running Honeycomb or Ice Cream Sandwich on their tablets and cells. Update: still can't use HBO go on my Vizio, but it works great on my Nexus7 and Fire HD..
Nothing would load The app kept "stopped working". Couldn't get anything to play except once and it crashed 10 mins in.
Draing my tablet So your new update sucks! Besides being way more difficult to navigate now it's draing my battery even while my tablet is just sitting. Please fix soon. Thanks.
Great new UI, BUGGY Google Cast Nice new UI, but Google Cast is very buggy now. It used to be stable, and now it's a pain to use. This is a major price/sacrifice in exchange for a visual overhaul.
Does not play Nothing plays, it keeps shutting the app down. Will upgrade when it actually works. I have sent feedback and crash report with logs included.
Suddenly Stops Love that I can watch Game of Thrones on my phone. Its always great quality and does constantly buffer. BUT some days I'm unable to even use the app. It closes in the middle of an episode and then does work the rest of the day. I've even had to uninstall the app several times to get it to work again. You think such a large company wouldn't have such an error filled app...
Navagation Ilove HBO go all the shows are great and I never run out of things to watch but it's very hard to navagate it's almost pointless to use all you can fine are popular TV shows why is it that when I type in a TV show nothing shows up do I have to search by episode?? Nobody memorizes episode names of what they want to watch
