I waited for a new version of this app to see if it fixed the problem I was having of not being able to deposit mobile checks. I have the same damn issue! I think I've been more than patient and you still can't fix the issues. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, problem still persisted. Called the 800 number listed, you don't take calls after 7 pm. I've been with Whitney since 1996 and I'm going to start transferring to another bank. This app cost you a customer of 22 years.
Updated and still completely useless. Letters are chopped off. Spacing is horrible. Needs testing with larger font sizes. Hancock app was far superior to this garbage.
So slow to update balances that I have NO idea what I have in my account. Used to be much better a that. Do like the camera auto snapping PC's of checks from deposit
Takes forever to load! Nice details but load time is horrible. Figured by now they would have the bugs worked out but it still takes forever to load. I have other banking apps that are just fine, Resource Bank & Captial One are just fine.
Won't let you login. Utterly useless. I am so sick of Whitney bank they are so far behind in terms of technology it's embarrassing.
It's about 3 times as slow as the old app, and that's if it even manages to log you in. How did y'all make a bad app worse?
