When I saw this app had voice over I installed but it just counts from 5 down to one and says go, you have a timer on, so why not say the pose and allow the option to click done at the end, so a whole flowing routine could be done without looking at a user's phone. Love the calendar feature.

It is very simple , short in duration, and wow what a major, beneficial improvement. I'm currently a cancer patient and had lost all drive, stamina, couldn't breathe if I crossed the street, and this easy, quick guide has improved my life so much. I could tell feel and see the positive progression towards better health in the first 2-3 days. Thank you so much ❤️

The app works as advertised. However, after a few weeks of using it several times a week, I wish there was a way to vary the poses. There are so many easy yoga poses out there, but the workout just runs you through the same handful every time.
