Ratings and reviews

Currently my favorite mobile game of all time. I would recommend it due to them giving you a free premium 1st rate Ship of the Line at the end of the 4th campaign, which you can repeat to acquire a second time. The story is great with compelling characters. Game mechanics are simple and easy to understand. New players might struggle with the start of the campaign.

This game is actually really awesome. It isn't pay to win (though you can pay for stuff), it's surprisingly detailed in terms of ships and how they work, it has storyline, good missions, open world, and the ship customization is great. It does have the odd bug, but it hasn't been too problematic. Really just an excellent pirate game, for mobile at least.

Loving this game. Reminds me of a mix between Sid Meier's Pirates! and the MMORPG Pirates of the Burninf Sea. Great gameplay loop, the difficulty is challenging but not too unforgiving, there's plenty of exploration to be had, and a staggering qmount of ship varieties spanning throughout the age of sail (I love that more unlocks as time moves on; great gameplay mechanic). Ads exist, but are unobstrusive (and you can get rid of them; I definitely got some paid content because I love this game).
