I purchased it, 3 days and it still says trying to connect. I tried on my ipad, then on phone. both places I face same situation. very disappointed. this is the second Islamic app that I wanted for my son to use and couldn't due to same situations. Just canceled my subscription. thanks to Allah that did monthly and nor for the whole year so only 9$ wasted.

Asalam o alaiqum. Same issue again. Subscription is renewed automatically but app is not working. Been 3 months and I've sent a few email and haven't heard back yet. I've asked for a refund or fix the app to I can use it but no reply. Definitely cancelling further subscriptions.

The app itself may be good for children of the school age. The idea of the app is great MashaAllah! However I couldn't login when I purchased a subscription (provided login details wouldn't work in the app), it takes a long time to hear back from the tech support. My messages apparently go to spam. Grateful to be able to cancel before the next billing cycle. So I adjusted the rating.
