Wow Wow, just wow. There isn't much of a 'game' here. However, it's a very deep, dark social commentary about the price of technology we all are so dependant on. One suggestion is to provide some kind of explanation of what to do because some of the message becomes lost due to confusing game play.
Donloaded High battery use when open. 30 percent highest on phone. No way to save progress. However Im keeping this in case it is removed. Great game conceptually and in illustration. As an art and game it is amazing. Shows a rework of how game play challenges are just formed on succesful goals being reached to one where your failure and choices get you thrpugh. Really perfectly designed for the aim.
Great artwork and concept. I wish it had a bit more direct info on the people and events. I think explanations would be more meaningful if given before each level rather than after. I can't get past level 5. Takes lots of fast repetitive swiping to scroll. Not sure what else to do. Maybe this is futility is intentional?
What? I like games like these, honest. But I don't know anything about what Foxconn is. I couldn't keep up with the dialogue. This game is supposed to say something profound but the message was completely lost. The actual gameplay was just as vague with the controls and instructions and goal being completely unclear. Cool graphics but that's about it.
Triggering, but a work of art As a concept or as art this deserves 5 stars. As an artwork it has a unique style, an interactive feature, and a political agenda. He targeted the exact market who should care about this issue, people like me who love electronics, but are torn for our love for fair labor practices. If maybe you disagree with his emotional argument, the game itself is an interesting look into the afterlife of an eastern mindset. As a video game it is not particularly great and the coding could be better, but it is different and has a point, which is something I can't say for many free apps. *Warning: Use your better judgement on whether a video game discussing suicide in a Chinese factories is something you can handle in your current mental condition*
Artistic Very interesting take on the whole foxconn camp thing. Its very ironic that you made a phone game about people who died making phones. But it's still very artistic. I like it.
UPDATE. 1.1. Fixes. Optimized through updated SDK (4.2). Crashes should be less a burden. Slight mechanic issue in stage 2 fixed. Apologies for wait. Desperate measures taken on eve of the IMGA.
