Quite horrible. 1. It takes more than 10 to 20 seconds to get to login page. 2. 7 out of 10 times, any transaction freezes with error message as server busy, try after some time. 3. Many times, the app kicks you out to another screen. 4. It does not indicate the field where there is a wrong entry. The app simply freezes and does not tell you where the mistake is and where to rectify. All in all, the app is very poorly designed to keep customers move out of this bank and app.

Needs lots of development. Most of the time it shows connectivity lost, please try later. The app is too slow :( Last day tried to scan and pay through the app and after entering the pin, my account got debited but the beneficiary account was not credited, and I got a message - transaction failed. I was shocked. After few mins when I was going to repay the amount in cash, a payment confirmation message was received from the seller. What kind of app is this ??? Please update and fix properly.

The app has so many flaws and is very difficult to use. Tests a users patience threshold! Have been facing connectivity issue with tha app and sometimes even shows the code exceptions on screen. Tried a transaction today and my amount was debited and didn't even get completed but the amount is gone. Have mailed the custome care. Very bad experience.
