This app replaces the Wingspan Automa deck and automates most of the upkeep and bookkeeping involved in running the Automa.

At the start of the game you set your end round bonuses, and have the option of including the Automubon Society card in the Automa deck.

Difficulty (Eaglet, Eagle, and Eagle-Eyed Eagle) can be adjusted by tapping the difficulty text box at any point during the game.

In between rounds, the app will ask if the Automa came in first or second place for the end of round bonus. The points earned from this will be immediately added to its score, so you never have to add up anything on its behalf.

You do not need to store eggs or birds (face down or face up) for the Automa. The app will automatically add the points to its score. For bird cards, simply put the birds the Automa gained into the discard pile.

Ratings and reviews

Great app, though I think the face up bird card draw is not quite as per the rules. For example, with two cards inline with the bonus card requirement the Automa says to keep one, but I believe the app indicated that I had two kept. Not a deal breaker since you have to add those cards up independently as is. All in all a fantastic app and it really streamlines solo play significantly. Great work!

Very interesting idea for an app, needs some further development though, I which case I (and I feel many) would be willing to pay. Suggestion for points of improvement. 1) first screen needs to scroll (on my phone), while with some size changes it could all fit right in. 2) the include automuban is partly out of screen. On my phone anyway. Should fit in nicely.. 3) as many suggested, expansions should be included.. including the up and coming Asia expansion.

Nice little app. Makes running the automa much smother. Ran into 1 snag in my first game. The end-of-round goal was birds in your wetlands which has a base value of 0. Automa ended with no cubes so should have not placed 2nd with 1 point but instead had 0 points. I expect this is a problem for all goals with base values <=0. Including the sets of 3 eggs goal in rounds 1 and 2. Lastly, I hope you will update to support the expansions. And also support the co-op where Automa can place 1st-5th.
