It's not working at all. I created a new account and verified it by the email but it shows me that "user not found" everytime.

I logged in but nothing happens. I cannot click on the backpack and when I click on the box icon it opens up a list of boxes. Says I have two free but cannot click on either of them! I can't tell if there's supposed to be anything I can do 🤷 I'll delete if I get no genuine response or help. Thanks
