The app works, but there are many ways it could be made MUCH more useful. First, I should be able to change the notification sound so I know the difference between it and a phone system update noise. Secondly, I should be able to search by tags. And Third, if it is tied to a specific phone number for an account, I ahould be able to look at what that phone number is. Those would all help a lot.

Upon initially using this app, I found it to be excellent. Regrettably, I encountered difficulties with certain functions not working properly. Despite my multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not been able to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this app has great potential if the functions were fully operational and if customer support was more accessible.

as a user, I need to import leads into quickbooks in order to send estimates sometimes texts work but about 50% of the time I get an error. there is no way to send feedback in the app exporting contact info works about 50% of the time as a user I need lead connector to release the Bluetooth connection in my vehicle in order to listen to the radio.
