The app works, but there are many ways it could be made MUCH more useful. First, I should be able to change the notification sound so I know the difference between it and a phone system update noise. Secondly, I should be able to search by tags. And Third, if it is tied to a specific phone number for an account, I ahould be able to look at what that phone number is. Those would all help a lot.

Upon initially using this app, I found it to be excellent. Regrettably, I encountered difficulties with certain functions not working properly. Despite my multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not been able to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this app has great potential if the functions were fully operational and if customer support was more accessible.

The app works ok. It does not give alerts when a message form the live chat widget is sent. basically its like a cheap app, it has no push notifications, or any notification when the app is in the background so you have no idea there is a message. kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app.
