We are experiencing critical functionality issues with the Lead Connector app: Missed lead texts Calls not audibly ringing Calls diverting to voicemail without ringing Difficulties in making calls within the app Despite rigorous troubleshooting, inconsistencies persist: Functionality varies among users. Notification settings and permissions have been reviewed I'd appreciate if you could help us with this situation.

It works for what it is but the last few weeks been having some annoying issues App closes when I finish a call, when I try to schedule a message, it'll either send straight away or set it for midnighy, no matter what time I do Review will definitely change if these problems get fixed

After every call the app shutdowns and not going back to the original contact. This really makes absolutely no sense and needs to be fix asap. It is very frustrating and time consuming.
