The app works, but there are many ways it could be made MUCH more useful. First, I should be able to change the notification sound so I know the difference between it and a phone system update noise. Secondly, I should be able to search by tags. And Third, if it is tied to a specific phone number for an account, I ahould be able to look at what that phone number is. Those would all help a lot.

New app update is good however we update custom fields on a leads profile when making calls. We now have to click edit and then make a change instead of the fields just been in edit mode. This is time consuming when you are making over 100 calls a day and setting a follow up call for another day. If you could please change the ability to edit contact details without having to hit and edit button each time thag would help us tremendously. Thanks

Good and bad. Phone was not ringing. Missed client calls this is the 3 times in 1 year of using this app I need to reinstall the app because there is a bug with the phone.
