It's an awesome app and I'd definitely recommend it for mothers that wants to get back on their shape fast after giving birth to tighten their skin. (Belly,Bums and Thighs).
They should tell us the effect each exercise as they change from one part to the other will ve on our body. Eg. Squatting is for the butt
Its a cool app but some of the features like bmi calculations and the likes of it aren't accurate . Also, the respoNse is slow and most times the app stops running.
Omg.... This is the app I had be been looking for. The workout isn't too tedious but yet it works very well. I LOVE IT.
It's just not for me... I like to go to the gym and need something that will Suport that.
