Love this app, I have been on the egg diet now for 3 days. Today is my third full day so I weighted this morning after only being on it for two days. And I'm down 5 pounds within 2 days. What I like about this diet is you still get to have fruits and vegetables and meat and your eggs of course. It makes it really nice I get full and don't really get hungry in between my meals. Yesterday I did think some chocolate would be nice but it was like just a passing thought it's weird because I didn't have the overwhelming thought that I must have this chocolate like I usually do. So I do think this diet is also helping cure my cravings, And I'm a die hard chocolate lover. I recommend that you get a sheet of paper and write down the diet and stick it on your fridge that way you can just look at your fridge and not have to pull the app up if you're in a hurry. That's what I did and when I'm getting my food ready for the day to take to work it's easy just a glance at the fridge.
Joke This is not right at all. All I've heard and read is 6 to 8 eggs and oil and butter and coffee.... Your talking about grapefruit juice and fruits with only 1 or 2 eggs😕.no sense at all. No way you guys are loosing weight. The reviews are fake. Gatta be.
