I've been watching movies on here for a while, and hadn't run into *any* problems until I decided to binge watch the Alien franchise. The first two played correctly, but oh no, not the third. I've played other movies just fine after this incident too. There were never parental controls, hence the first two working fine, but I checked to make absolutely sure. I even reinstalled the app. I've been trying to get it to play for a week and a half and it never works. It says it's available until January 31st, 2018, but maybe that should be fixed/changed?
Yeah they finally updated this app, but it seems like with every update, stuff gets removed. They really need to look @ the HBO app and rethink this. It doesn't even have chrome cast support yet.
Used to work. Now says my Verizon FiOS is not subscripted to Cinemax Looks like a software bug as I have the ultimate package and get Cinemax at home
Now after the update now I can watch any movie finally you fix the menu key
The app got an update, and I got excited that I might be able to actually use it finally. Nope! Unless you want to watch one of the handfull of featured movies, it's impossible to access the library of movies/shows with the icon missing in the upper-right corner!
I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from!? Watchlist-check, movies/series/specials-check, genres-check, menu button...you guessed it-check. And, for the people whining about not being able to put it on other devices and cast, it isn't an app issue, it's licensing! You could try helping yourself a little bit and Google how to do it instead of being to be spoon fed everything!
