Working as it should App is behaving well again after some connection issues. After follow up by the developers it seems to be a DNS issue....all fully functional again. One of the most important apps installed on my phone.
The worst No one to talk to for real support/help. It would be nice to get an email, phone call, or online help. I tried the different #'s for the port it was no help.
Disappointing Its just saying not available. Not working at all for a few days nw.
Has been working fine but in last 2 days it's always "connecting" then "server unavailable" Have tried checking support older device no joy No reply to emails
This app is running in the background despite I exit it and eat my mobile data. Thanks for that!!! Why does it need to run in the background? ????
Fix it Always say connecting but then server unavailable hmmm connecting and server unavailable. Whats wrong?
Let some dvr work continue.
Because some new type dvrs default port is 37777 or 34567 or 8000 or 8101or 5800
but some old dvr default port is them too. The app believes the old dvr is a new type device. that causes app can not work well for old dvrs.
We use a method to solve it.
You need check the Select box for "Only Support old device" in settings, then save it.and exit this app.and then restart app,the old dvr can be support well as before.
