It's worst experience ever had, even after delivered medicine showing in transit at netmeds portal. And no process for refund or exchange the medicine. Even they are not replying on my mails too, got only auto reply. no pickup for medicine after 10 days. They want to cheat indian customer only. I will go to customer forum to complaint this. And they provide me solutions. One more information..Netmeds delivering old packed medicine. There is huge difference in market wali medicine & online medicine. So keep in mind to order any medicine in this site.
Order no. - NMS1705172398715A Why d hell u can't deliver it to my doorstep.They are telling to self collect and the number on which they have asked to call is switched off!! Even the place they have told in the message is not a pin point location....Called customer care twice and u said that the delivery will be done to your home but then again got the message to self-collect... Frustrated from this app!!
Sometime, it tooks more than seven days to datpach a medicine. Total at least 20 days required for delivering a medicine. Donot placed your order if you are in urgency. Very slow in delivery process which put us in trouble. This time very disappointed.
it's worst experience ever had.... don't waste your time in this app... they don't have any stock... they just take order and after that they will ask you to send that documents...after 5 days... they will say sorry we don't any stock... I Hamble request to andriod app store please block this app from your app store...
Very bad service. When ordering the product the delivery date shows different. But it will get delivered only after 5 days. Not good when u urgently require medicine.
At present I am unable to order the medicine... because the medicine which I want to order in currently out of stock due to which I am unable to place my next order..... please the help me and fulfilled my order and the medicine which required kwiknic paan flovour 2mg
