SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE EVEN INSTALLING THIS APP. My order was placed successfully, but they took 2 days to process it before it got cancelled automatically. Now they will refund it after 7-10 working days. Looks like a pure scam running in form of Netmeds. The worst experience you can ever have while ordering online. I will update you once I get refund.

For the last 5 years I am a customer of netmeds and I was very satisfied with their services. But, after the change of management everything changed for the worst. The discount percentage was reduced, medicines are not delivered on time etc. Today I was surprised to see a message from them that a consignment I ordered on 21/11 was returned and my money was returned. No reason was offered for the return. When I contacted their customer care, there was no satisfactory reply.

The worst app for ordering medicine. Every twice or thrice they are not delivering Medicine on time. This is happening third time to me and they have worst customer help line. I called them regarding delayed and they are saying should I refund your amount. This is the only solution they have after 4 days of placement of order. I advice to switch to different app for ordering medicine.
