Documents can only be submitted as an image? It doesn't make sense when lots of clinics send out electronic copies only, and then it has to be submitted as a screen shot. Seems kind of silly when more and more people are avoiding hard copies of everything.

Created a new account on the browser and unable to log in from the app. This notice pops up "Pacific Blue Cross is out of date. Please check the app store for an update." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with no success.

This is literally the worst app on my phone. Takes a minimum of 3 attempts to log in every single time I try to use it. My s22 Ultra or my previous s8 phone, same thing. No matter how many updates it has. Get it together app development team.
