It would be great if more online, smaller banks were added as options for direct deposit, such as EQ Bank and Tangerine. Not all of us have access to big banks and for those of us who use/require no fee banking and bank accounts, I'd imagine many of us would need access to reimbursements quicker instead of submitting claims through paper means. Please make options more equitable. Thank you! Otherwise it's a great experience.

Overall a decent app. Easy to submit claims. Would be ideal if other file formats were accepted as proof of claim. Many providers have switched to digital receipts and are emailing pdf's instead of paper. Having to screenshot a pdf to produce an image for upload is time consuming. Worse yet, printing the receipt to take a picture is a waste of paper and bad for the environment. ☮️🌎

I have been unable to submit a claim since the latest update because it keeps asking for a document of the receipt, yet there is no place to provide the receipt. In the older versions of the app there would sometimes be an option for you to upload a document (though this was inconsistent) but now there is nothing there yet I am still be prompted. Now I've realized when you submit a claim through the website it doesn't require you to submit a document at all, so this all seems redundant.
