Initially concerned but happy now Reading other reviews of the app, I was very worried about using it. After being properly configured and making some tweaks, I absolutely love it and have no complaints.
Too slow for OB A patient could deliver in the time that it takes for this to notify me that I need to come to labor and delivery. The ping that happens after messages is too soft for me to hear it. The reminder call afterwards is most annoying. I think this product is probably best used for consults only. It is not the best way to go about messaging or phone calls for issues that need prompt and immediate care. I'll prefer for my Nurse to call me directly because of this.
Always breaking, but it probably doesn't matter... Need to call help desk usually at least once a month for the same problems. Frequently I don't get notifications right away. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than any other because it keeps failing. But if your institution demands that you use it...
Won't install on current phone I couldn't get the update to install on my phonefor the last few weeks. When I got the replacement phone today, it just plain won't install. Not good... LG G4

Perfect Serve arrives late, frequently won't work, doesn't work in low transmission areas. Give me back my pager?
