After only having the app a day, I've made a bit of money. I've gone to withdraw it this morning and it will not allow me. After contacting customer service they were useless. Telling me to try again in 6 months. With no explanation. I would like my money back please! definitely will never be using again DONT DOWNLOAD

The app is good and reliable, it only needs to add more informations regarding the positions people are about to open. Sadly we cant reply to replies. Informations such as overnight funding in advance, or, in case of buying gold options, it doesnt say how much higher the buy will be that the actual price. Cheers!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After years of training and preparing to trade seriously, I was suddenly restricted from real trading without any clear explanation. Customer service refuses to provide a proper reason and keeps saying it’s “internal” without transparency. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of professionalism. I expected much better from a company like Plus500.
