I loved this app and had a 5 star rating. I decided to change my rating to a 1 after today's order because, for some unknown reason, my account was deactivated. I called customer service to complain about missing items on my order, and when I checked my app, it was logged out, and it won't let me log in. I had to use another email address to get compensated for the mistake on the order. I tried logging in with my new account, and it still doesn't let me log in. 😡

App is a joke, first of all not earning rewards automatically for each order in this day and age is such a stupid business model. You have to scan or enter the barcode numbers manually which neither of them work correctly! Huge hassle for pick-up/delivery options. I don't want to harass minimum wage employees for a rewards system that corperate should have revamped already. Food is okay, their tropichillers/desserts is the only thing preventing the 1 star rating.

Too often I order and pay for food through app prior to pick up. In the past year, more than three orders' worth of food was never received and each time I was told they ran out of item(s). On top of that, a refund was never provided. The workers always say you can be reimbursed in app but that is not true. I've called and written emails and still have never received my money back.
