Meet Positvt – One of a kind Positive Psychology tracker and journal app used to capture the great things in life. Each day you can enter 7 parameters – gratitude, mood, goal, weight, exercise, sleep and a new custom field per your liking. There are options to export graphs demonstrating the progress you made and post directly to social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). The app is also intended for people fighting depression. It motivates them by showing progress using positive elements in their lives.

I started using this app as a simple but informative way of tracking my activities and also my mood. It's something I've been struggling with since my stroke, and have tried several other ways (both handwritten and electronic options) but nothing really stuck. But the last few months I've been using Daylio and I've been super impressed by it!

daily helps me organize many things and track most of my habits, it's helped me especially for improving my health! the only thing that'd be super great they implemented is that you can modify activities so they show up on certain days of the week instead of always being there!! great app

Enjoyable app. I am able to write down more than I ever would if I had a diary. I can record events also with pictures. This also helps with less wasting of paper.
