Good tool for getting fit I use this daily to keep me on track with my fitness goals including diet, exercise and pedometer steps. This tool shows you the % of protein, carbs, and fat you eat along with # calories. Combo is key to weight loss. Strongly recommend free 6 part seminar videos for everyone, which are nutrition education. Consider getting the weekly dietician review of what you eat. I have had in-person dietician appts. with this group and they are great, even with folks with significant food restrictions or prefs.
Unfriendly, clunky and horribly outdated. Can't even scan a barcode to enter in food. Everything has to be done manually. Virtually impossible to do a simple search for anything. For such a high quality program that is 20/20, this is a low quality effort.
Pretty good but lacking a few things. I dont think their food database is very intuitive or complete. Entering food should be a whole lot easier since you do it so much. Need was better heart rate monitor integration.
I love it, that you can full it with food meals you eat each day and week I love it all, Dr Phil and the other person that came up with the book, I am using it now as I have just been through breast cancer and 12 months of treatment and am nearly finished treatment thanks heaps
It's great wish it would let me change my calorie count Great app would give it a five if I could change calorie intake. And had more stuff in free version. Its perfect for adding calories and keeping track of fitness. But that's about it
Originally was a good app... Every update adds another layer of unneeded crap between me and what I need this app to do. And you've made food journaling epically difficult. Congrats.
