First off, I really do enjoy this game. My main problems with it have been with a lot of the customer requests. A lot of the requests seem like they came through Google Translate. Most of the time, this isn't much of a problem. The customers often say "you" when they mean "I" as an example, but sometimes it makes their requests nearly impossible to figure out. It slows down the game too much for something that I don't think is supposed to be an intentional hindrance.
