Used to be great, but then I got an Android Wear watch and I think something about the Android Wear support is making it crash all the time, making it completely unusable. Otherwise, this app is freaking great.
Needs Work Purchased this because it is the only PC remote I could find that can make system changes without using the mouse and keyoard. I've only used it on Windows 10 and it has some issues. One being, anytime you execute a remote command it starts the requested exe but if the app is full screen (Kodi, Steam Big Picture) it loads behind the start menu making the start menu visible. This wouldnt be so bad but the remote sever service stops responding to commands. The only way to get it back is to get the keyboard/mouse and restart it. The work around is to not use the remote command, and just start the remote exe with the mouse emulator. Also, remote commands need to be entered with full path and qoutes. I've seen other apps where you simply use the remote file manager and pin it to mobile device home screen. The developer should consider this. In addition, the developer only responded to emails until I bought the app. No response since then. Three stars are only because of the admin level changes that can be made. This is a sorely needed feature that other apps simply don't provide.
Some of the remotes are buggy, but for the price and the features it's pretty good. I have a computer in one room hooked up to a projector in another (as a second monitor)and a receiver (as a second sound device) and I needed a good wireless way to work with both. The good: as a wifi keyboard and mouse it can't be beat. It has tons of remotes, all of them open source, including a few nearly blank example remotes you can edit. The bad: The netflix Windows 8 app does not work at all on windows 10. Most of the media player remotes are severely crippled WRT library management. - itunes remote will not show albums or artists. Use retunes instead. _Kodi remote music library is broken. Use Kore instead Foobar remote has no library function- just the control buttons. Bottom line: if you are using an HTPC it is a bargain for the keyboard and mouse alone. There are 98 remotes, all open source and easy to edit, and an active community of users. Even with the bugs in some remotes I highly recommend it.
Awesome Add more tool, and try to reduce the lag, and would be cool if you guys make an tutorial of how to do that thing, how to use this remote. And how to connect via Bluetooth.
Wonderful app I really loved it! Worked very well except... Update***** 8/15 remote is no longer calibrated. Which make the entire thing useless. Not sure if there is a fix. ******--- Just fantastic I love all the features. My only gripe is the connection is difficult to make sometimes. My phone has trouble connecting with the computer for some reason sometimes. It's not very clear exactly why so I just have to wait until it works sometimes
Good at what it does The app delivers in the remote aspect, but I would like the full desktop mirror (screen remote) function with mouse capabilities (now when I'm on the screen remote and press for the mouse, it disables the screen); so I can see the cursor move in real time, long press for right mouse button, drag and drop and of course, remote access via mobile data, not just wi-fi so that I can send access my PC when I'm not home. Something like PhoneMyPc used to be. If these options are available, please enlighten me.
