First impressions were good. Placed my booking for a premium cab. Booking went through and was supposed have a confirmation 30 mins earlier. Wake up, get ready wait outside. Nothing , call customer service 24/7 and no answer. Unfortunately looks like a major glitch but I can't say that I will reuse the app even though it might have nearly had it all. Used uber to book the cab in the end. Update, rydo sent a email upon booking suggesting that they couldn't furfill the booking. I took the email as a confirmation. Changed from 2 stars back to 4,
My initial experience with app was problematic and glitchy. However to my surprise all m hiy issues were fixed almost immediately with very little effort required on my part. The customer support in Rydo may be industry leading. They were proactive and suggested all the fixes themselves. Turned a bad first impression into a loyal customer. Note that I've had two successful rides with Rydo, I understand it better. GM Cabs have put together a very talented team and a promising app.
Was recommended to use this by a cab driver. I use it all the time for work now. Usually get picked up in about 5 mins and drivers are nice. Good taxi app so far
