Great concept. It's great to see bill payments transitioning to digital platforms. However, there are several issues with the application: 1. The last issued bill is not updated even after 2+ working days. 2. After submitting a complaint from the app, it says the complaint is successful. However, the filled fields are not automatically cleared after submit; shouldn't they be?

This garbage app doesn't work for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Now I cannot settle bills, see the due amount or anything. It doesn't even show my details under the "connection" tab. Please fix this entire app or don't even think about disconnecting our water supply due to not paying on time. I've been settling my entire due amount on time, every month. Now I can't even see my connections on the app.

After the recent hack to the NWSDB system the app is still not working. Hopefully we don't have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app which might cause the existing accounts which was added earlier to be re-added. This could be an issue for most of us who have multiple accounts added on the app. As we don't get postal bill anymore we will have to get the accounts numbers all over agian. Looking forward for this app to get updated without any more security faults and loopholes. thanks
