Not a great app, no assistance available and the company associated, merchant one, is difficult to work with, has ridiculous restrictions and very rude and poor customer service. Find another way.
It's ok A tip percentage would make it easier for passenger's to add the correct tip amount. Plus ability to process and hold the transaction when no signal available would make this a more competitive app. Needs to have the ability to send receipts automatically as well.
The app slows down to a crawl on my new Samsung S7 Edge and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR HELP available. The email they list gets returned. If you click on support on the app there is nothing.
