About this app

SVAKOM Siime App is compatible with our Siime Pro/Siime Eye massager for female.
A user can access the Camera feature of our Siime series product by downloading this App on their respective Smartphones.
SVAKOM Siime is integrated with WiFi feature. To use this App, a user has to turn on the Wifi Feature of the product in order to access the camera of Vibrator.

App does not connect on Pixel 4 XL with Android 11. I can connect to the device's wifi, but the app never sees it. I've tried changing every network setting I can think of with no results. I can see the device in the browser so it appears to be working, but it's pretty worthless without the app

I have successfully set up my Svakom Siime Eye cam on 3 different Androids with the best functioning being with a Samsung Galaxy J Orbit. It is not true that this automatically will not work and the whole thing is a waste. I love mine and it has always connected fine so I'm not sure what's up these other people's troubles. The app does crash a lot though and would benefit from a platform with greater stability but it's not bad enough to say I wouldn't recommend this product and company. XO!

1st issue: anytime the app prompts you to change the password and says the change is successful, the issue arise as when you close out the app and attempt to re-login, the app will state wrong password and username. Even if I keep the same default password, the issue is still present whenever you attempt to log in again after changing the password successfully. 2nd: app does not work with my laptop or the Razer 2 phone. Only old phones works but 1st issue above still persists. Pls fix4stars
