unable to link to existing gxs account. it says sign up, not login. even if i press sign up to log in, if failed to link account and still says sign up.

Stupid app. Not allow to sign up, when received OTP, keyed in, unsuccessful!

The app is full of glitches except when loading the card with money and after which you basically can't use the card or app, and your money is stuck in the account. If you are lucky by chance it might work, and you can try to use your money. My cash has been stuck for 3 years and counting. Deleted and downloaded the app several times, and spoke to customer service. Still no improvement. better off not having this app all together.
