I Tap in on Bus was ok. But it failed repeatedly when I tapped out. Up until now it does not work tap in/out. Tried reinstall, relogin and all possible options to make it work but all failed. Have to go back using ezlink cards, much more reliable.

Very unreliable. I'm using it for transportation and it fails to scan many times. I have to open the app, open visa and re-login then it will successfully detect at times. But it also have times that it doesnt scan at all. I've reinstall and reconfigure it many times. Using different phones. But always the same experience. Its a good app if it works well. But sadly not.

Love it! Singtel Dash is one of the earliest eWallet in the market. Easy to use and easy to top up. However, they had stopped giving perks and back to basic. If Singtel wants to encourage more usage, they have to be more competitive especially on Remit exchange rate, etc.
