Finally fixed the image/video playback issues after about 2 months. Now I can view and download images and videos when away from desk. It would have been nicer if this was acknowledged as a known issue in update notes or website and also listed as fixed in the update release notes from 9/20. I can understand not wanting to admit bugs/faults and maybe it wasn't a widespread issue but it was still frustrating not knowing if it was my device or a bad app update or server side or something else.

Update: still quite buggy, the most problematic being messages that not only fail to send but are not saved, leading the user to think their message has been delivered when they are not. This results in both lost time and business issues This app has a lot of potential however it's inconsistent, and therefore problematic. For example, the status update sometimes fails to save despite user feedback that it does. Often, it's also not possible to access and respond to messages that are in thread.

It is impossible to close any conversation. It states it is closed but never closes. Maybe 1 in 20 attempts to close a conversation works. Mobile app always shows you available if you open app again after you set yourself away. App is constantly missing messages. It will show you have a new direct message, but many times, you need to kill the app multiple times to actually see the new message.
