WHAT I LIKE: The ability to have an overarching structure with subchannels and the ability for private channels The ability to do video and audio chat (although I have not tested) Ability to mute channels or entire organization during set times. The ability to quickly sort messages & channels by unread messages. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: CLUNKY ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS! especially for removing members from channels. I HAVE FOUND THE DIRECT MESSAGES SECTION IS NOT WELL ORGANIZED

Great for communicating and having separate channels and everything. The thing I absolutely hate about the app is if I'm typing a long message and I stop to think about what I'm typing to make sure I'm being proffessional and to the point and the screen turns of for even a second my entire message gets deleted when I turn my screen back on. It is the most annoying thing. You really need to fix this, please. I'm going to pitch switching to another similar app because of it.
