Does not integrate well with phone and desk top application. Difficult and very different to use compared to desktop application. Looking for a new CRM.
Doesn't Integrate well I'd like to see the solo be more part of the phone. Basically it's just a user interface to the web page. Id like to be able to use it as my phone contact manager, not an app I have to log into. More integration with the phone is needed.
Needs a lot of work! Not user friendly at all. Why the login? Can't exit out unless I use home button. Limited functions. Hard to use as my main appointment setting calendar.
This app is terrible... Half of my clients dont show up with this app. Stick with the browser version.
Not great Lacks basic functions like the day of the week on calendar. Hard to navigate and work through.
very limited use regarding calendar. intial page showing next 7 days works well. but trying to see future weeks the app is useless. very disappointed in Ebix considering we need to pay almost $10/month to access information on a mobile platform. the whole idea of a CRM is supposed to be access everywhere.
1· Tabs on contact search for recents and favorites
2· Add contacts to favorites when viewing the contact detail
3· Activity and Task screens allow searching and adding a contact
4· Various performance improvements and bug fixes
