Thanks for an awesome app, this is simply amazing. Could I ask for some small improvements with a lot of impact? 1) Could you add an option to tell the app not to always restart itself as a running background app? It might be enough to simply update only when the app has been opened by the user. There's only a few apps misbehaving in such a way, but splitwise is one of them. 2) Could you add more icons? 3) Could you add the possibilty to define the way amounts are written? In Belgium, we use commas to separate cents from euros, and dots declare thousands.
Works perfectly! First time user to use a bill splitting app, and for the very first time, I am actually taking my time out to rate an app(I rarely rate apps even of I lile them). You guys have done a commendable job. We a team of 5 recently returned from a trip and your app just made everyone's life a lot easier! love this app!!!
The application is quite good. It make things easier and automatically divide everything. Feature missing: It should have an option to see the expenditure done by individual person in separate tab. This will help in calculating the expense done by individual. Right now there is no option to see how much i have spent in total. I have to calculate this by adding all the item from group in which i have paid. Rest everything is good.
One of the best app I've used. Very user friendly, simple and smart. Some improvement suggestions; * On currency coversions, ability to define the transaction currency and the settlement currency with the ability to define a rate or fetch the coversion rate from online e.g Oanda. * Once a member is added, possibility to refresh contact details to update the email address
Interface is a little confusing, but has everything you need to split finances when vacationing with friends. The PayPal and Venmo integration is nice. Unfortunately, the Android app is buggy. Every time I settled a payment with a friend (both a Venmo payment and a manual record), the app recorded it twice. I had simplified settings on, so that messed everything up. I figured it out though, just removed the duplicate records and it all worked out. But it's a pain to see it almost work flawlessly. Running the app on a OnePlus2 with Android 6.0.1.
Good idea but badly executed. The list of expenses is confusing and doesn't show all the expenses, what's owed and what has been paid in a comprehensive manner, which makes checking if everything's correct troublesome. Not to mention a few bugs with settling payments being incoherent with the total amount owed.
