Sportly.Me is a junior sports development platform and athlete community, designed to help young sports people get the most out of their training. By combining sports specific workouts with training insight and access to a broad sporting community, our aim is to help junior athletes get better together.
For Athletes
- Access a categorised library of training workouts, designed to help you improve your game by focussing on key sports specific areas.
- Track the time you are putting in on the court, field, gym or wherever you train and share insights with your coach.
- Monitor your health and nutrition to make sure you are performing at peak condition.
- Join your teammates in challenges set by your coach, club or Sportly.Me!
- Earn badges for all your Sportly.Me training achievements and share your success with your fans.
For Coaches & Clubs
- Develop and share custom workouts for your athletes and teams, getting them focussing on 4 core development areas: Skills, Strength, Speed and Stretch.
- Monitor the hours your team are putting in outside of regular training sessions.
- Receive player updates on injury and illness and plan for recovery times.
- Create custom challenges for your teams and monitor progress on the leaderboard.
