The old app was simpler. This one is terrible! Can't transfer to another member anymore. Thinking of switching banks now.
I prefer the old app. The new app is a piggy back on the mobile website. Can be aggravating, when you are used to the old app. Otherwise, no complaints and only praises for this bank.
Worthless as was the phone "help". It would never open. Just return me to home screen. Going to try another bank.
How do I make a mobile deposit? I chose this bank for the convenience of doing that, since I live an hour away. If I have to drive in to make a deposit, I'll be withdrawing my money and closing my account.
