Doesn't work Not much else to say. I wasted hours of my life and it just plain won't work. It says its connected to server and playing video but nothing displays
Doesn't keep up with changes AT&T Uverse router upgraded. Prior to swap I used my public IP in the configuration for viewing cameras both on internal network and over the internet. Now I have to use SwannView Link for Internet view. Swann tech support is pretty useless and suggestef using 2 apps to resolve. I switched to Robert Chou's IP Camera app, and this app solved the problem. My advice to Swann; you guys need to be on top of the diff technologies otherwise when the time comes, I'll find a company that does!
Video Quality is TERRIBLE!! Our company has been selling and installing Swann Security Camera systems, primarily the Professional Series and everything is great except for one important detail -- Most people buy cameras to remotely view their cameras from their phone and the SwannView app's video quality is terrible! This is a deal breaker. Night Owl and others don't have this problem. Paying extra for a high resolution system is kind of pointless if when you view it, you see a low quality image! Fix it or we will stop buying Swann!

READ THIS FOR CONNECTION ISSUES! Could not connect to cameras after upgrading. I messed with the settings and figured out that you can only have ONE item per DVR in your device list.
I have finally figured out how to view my cameras remotely however whenever I user this app I need to reboot my phone because it drains my battery. I'm guessing it may keep something lingering on the background that kills my battery. I am on a Samsung s4. Anyone else see this or have fix? Any fix?
Updated to address app crashing on some handsets. This version will automatically start previously selected cameras when the app is re-opened.
