Really?? I can only watch all the channels on my home network? These cable companies really go out of their way to try and make you hate them. No other streaming service has a stupid rule like that. Also no Chromecast support on a streaming app in 2016 is unacceptable...
Just Plain Bad UPDATE: Just installed the update. Now nothing works. You would think the company that sells itself as THE digital media expert could produce an app that works. App stops in the middle of programs, will often not connect to the internet, and stops again when I change channels. Often, I have to change the network to my cell phone hotspot to get the app to connect, then cut off the hotspot for the app to then automatically connect to my home network. If I change channels, repeat.
Too many devices This is the worst app ever! Will not let me watch on demand or live TV at all. Keeps telling me five devices are already watching and I know for a fact I do not have five devices on at the same time trying to watch. Worked just fine until recent update! Please fix dose no good to have the app if I cannot use it!
DVR Operation Unavailable I get the above message when I tap on DVR Manager. It has been like that for 2 weeks (since I got TWC). After several "troubleshooting" steps (uninstall, reboot, reinstall), an "advanced" technician informed that there was some kind of reported outage on the app. Funny thing is that the outage he referred to had nothing to do with my issue but he rephrased it to make it seem like I was affected. He promised that the programmers would fix it by 5PM, which I didn't believe and I was right. Not fixed.
Search no longer works! Forced to update from a version that worked well. Newer version doesn't show when show will expire from On Demand. Update: There's no longer a recently watched group for On Demand, things are either actively in progress or in the manually curated Watch Later list - which wouldn't be an issue if it were in alphabetical order. Can you remove the transitions from On Demand -they're an eye sore. In response to your response: Uninstalling and reinstalling isn't going to add the functionality back that I want.
Guide broken after last update. Loved using the guide on my phone up until I installed the latest update. Now if you click on a show, sometimes by accident while scrolling, when you go back to the guide it does not go back to where you were. Instead it goes back to current time and a channel in the 30's and then you have to scroll back to where you were hoping you don't accidentally click on something along the way and have to start all over again.
