This app is fine for watching live tv, if you're home. Also good for accessing On Demand content to watch on your TV or within the app. My primary use was for easy DVR scheduling, which now rarely works. Also no longer able to browse my DVR contents, recording schedule or series manager. Really disappointing
Until a recent update this app worked fine. Now it just spins and tells me something went wrong. Try again later. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks now. Uninstalled/reinstalled twice. The second time I restarted the phone to clear cache after uninstall. Still not working. Had this app for six years and had no issues when it was Time Warner. Now that Spectrum has taken over it breaks. Please fix this app. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
This app does not work on my samsung galaxy s7 phone or my samsung tablet. Up till a week ago it worked fine. When i click on it, it spins for several minutes then says "an error was encountered. Try again later. Dge-1001". I have force stopped the app, deleted, reinstalled. Nothing works. I have been a customer for over 30 years and am very frustrated.
This app is no longer working as advertised. Im not able to view the guide or record movies. Now when I click on the app, it doesnt recognize my password and forces me to reset my password. After doing so it takes me to the desktop main website. I already tried reinstalling the app. It's still not working. Please fix this app.
This app worked fine for me for years as a Time Warner customer. Then about two weeks ago, it stopped working. I just get a spinning circle that says "downloading", and then eventually I get some sort of error message that means nothing to me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, and it still does the same thing. Thanks a lot, Spectrum, you're actually WORSE than Time-Warner was, which says a lot.
This app and the servers that stream TV deliver abysmal levels of availability. Multi hour outages again today (both Android and iOS apps effected) specific to the Spectrum TV app. it seems to this IT professional that Charter, aka Spectrum, is proving itself incapable of designing and operating a redundant scalable solution with anything resembling normal IT availablity. Ask yourself if you paid as much fot banking services as you pay Charter each month if you would accept the multiday outages (in Sept) and today's sporatic outages. with as much revenue as Charter gets per household the streaming TV app should deliver 5 9s availability (99.999% availability). I experience outages specific to this app about 100 times worse than that commonly accepted availability metric. when you experience an outage call Spectrum TV app support and request a day's refund.

• We made the app load a little faster by updating how it handles images.
