Well Spectrum fixed 1 problem, only for another to come about with the newest version. Worked fine before updating a week ago. Now it times out after 25 mins. Says "establishing connection," then the screen goes black. I have to double tab my screen and reload the program. Happens on both my tablet and Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. Cant even watch a 30 min show, making it useless. Netflix and all other streaming services work fine, no issues. Time to cancel my service unless it's fixed soon.
The app works fine, but im moving and have my own spectrum account as well as at my new location. Im using my neighbors wifi and my username but cant watch but a few stations . Ive disconnected all but my account with spectum but have no electricity and almost moved. But want to watch tv while finishing up my move. As long as you have a account the wifi shoulnt matter. This should be fixed.
The app is not very reliable. Works part of the time. Lock up frequently. Last night it took a long time for it to load then the picture was terrible. When it does work it is great. They just need to make it much more reliable. It's gone from not being reliable to useless. Local and a lot of cable channels are gone. If I could give it 0 stars I would!
Horrible app and horrible service. Constant buffering and only lets you watch when at home, even if connected to their own Wi-Fi network. Oh, the app also runs in the background, even after not using it for days.
Very limited coverage on cell network. What is the point of offering little more than 10 channels? Switched to Spectrum because ATT had horrible internet in my area, but this is garbage TV app compared to Direct TV
app used to work. i have a 200 down 20 up connection, and the pic invariably has a low quality pic that freezes before the 1st minute. i can stream videos to my device from other sources without a flaw .
