Man this app barely works at all using mobile data from the constant buffering, resetting and blurriness to needing my home wifi for a full channel lineup. This almost makes the app useless while on the go. I wish there was a remote control feature to toggle between channels. Some companies have this all together with their apps so this one definitely needs work.
Android ap is broken. Scrolling is busted. Usually a good overall app and love the DVR interface. But can you guys fix it so it doesn't automatically open to the "Live TV" section and begin streaming data without anyone wanting it to? At least add a setting to select what your "home" page is. Very frustrating.
Works great for managing DVRs in the house, finally mostly working. Can now watch on demand video at home but occasionally freezes, stutters, loses sound or screen pixelates out on home Spectrum internet. Extremely crippled when trying to use on my Verizon phone data. Screen can go black, but at least closing and reopening gets it going now where before I had to completely reinstall the app every time.
'This app sucks. Always says I'm not connected to my home network when I ONLY use it on my home network. FIX THIS Plrase don't tell me to re-install to fix it. THAT DOES NOT WORK!!! Fix your algorithm to check my connection. THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR APP
App has a major problem. I cannot scan channels by sliding the channel screen up or down. Thus I can't select a channel. Uninstall/reinstall does not help. Please fix. Using my Samsung S8.
App hasn't worked for the last 2 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they said they are updating it. How can it take over 2 weeks to get an app working again when you have paying customers!!! The worst cable company I have ever dealt with.
