Can't watch all my dvr recording Can't watch all my Dvr recordings. If I can watch my movie recordings on my phone I will give this app 5 stars. I can only watch Tv show recordings.
Still broken after update Won't start on home wifi (system error).Only works on cellular or other wifi.
It's a bundling trap They require you to have TWC Internet service. So, they advertise it on TV as streaming to your phone from anywhere but you have to bundle your home Internet plan with them to do it. If you just have their TV subscription, the app is useless. Their service sucks in my area and they throttle your speed anyway. POINT being, they advertise on TV that it's free with their TV subscription and lied.
I can't even sit on my front patio & watch because the WiFi from twc doesn't reach the 10 feet to the porch. When it does work, right in front of the house tv, it gets stuck on a screen shot but plays the sound of the show. You can't watch anything if your WiFi doesn't reach, or if you're on a cell phone it gives a message that shows can't be played on cell phone away from home... I just want to sit outside 😕 The whole thing is stupid and a waste of time. The tech from twc told me to go buy a better router - I pay almost $200 a month already, why should I have to buy a $100 router as he recommended? I have a router from twc that I already pay for!
Same TV Guide Issues After May updates, TV house is useless. Too crowded. Can't really see when anything starts -since all shows don't start on the hour anymore. When you go into the program directory that gives you the listings for the series which are all over the place. It's utterly useless since the update. Can't tell how long show is. Etcetera. Go back to the old TV Guide.
TWC-TV still shows distorted picture Many (most?) Android tablets have an aspect ratio of 16:10. TWC is displaying a 16:9 picture in full landscape mode without the necessary top and bottom black bars. The app is stretching the picture vertically creating stick-like figures. This problem was introduced several versions ago and has yet to be fixed. There is no way to file a bug report within the app and the forum help desk was anything but helpful. The attitude "if it works - there is no problem " despite a distorted picture is a bad policy.
