Awful As much as I pay for cable this app is awful. Constantly buffers regardless if on WiFi or not. Watching anything live is next to impossible it's annoying. On my husband phone shows go high speed. I keep up with updates hoping it gets better. No matter the device I use this app is terrible
LIVE TV PAUSES WAY TO MANY TIME WITH NEW UPDATE 9/22/16- CAN'T ENJOY LIVE TV !KEEPS LOADING... EVERY 10 SECONDS ! Its not my wifi... My wifi works great... Always been able to enjoy live tv on my cell never once did i ever have this problem with the old app version ... in the morning working great... try to use it at night and i realized it had updated automatically because it had TWC 's new name Spectrum... Could NOT USE IT BAD NEW UPDATE . SHOW PAUSES WAY TOO MANY TIMES IN 1 MINUTE... Please fix.
No video stream After the update, there is no stream. NOT A GOOD START FOR Spectrum! Other apps requiring cable sign-in, such as comedy central, are no longer streaming either. Lets see if Spectrum's promise of better customer service comes to fruition, so far I doubt it.
Issues. Forced to update from a version that worked well. Newer version doesn't show when show will expire from On Demand. Update: There's no longer a recently watched group for On Demand, things are either actively in progress or in the manually curated Watch Later list - which wouldn't be an issue if it were in alphabetical order. Can you remove the transitions from On Demand -they're an eye sore. In response to your response: Uninstalling and reinstalling isn't going to add the functionality back that I want.
Unwatchable The ONE show I watch on this app is not available on-demand. That makes it especially galling when trying to follow the program through nearly-incessant lag and delays. Ten seconds of dialogue, thirty seconds of the little blue spinning circle. Way to go, TWC.
Pretty useless The app says need to be on home network some BS like that what's the point of having this app you expect ppl to pay your service and yet you limit them on channels outside our homes talk about greedy cable company when ur at home you have TV's you expect it to all be available I go visit my fam but oh no limited you are unbelievable the app doesn't work half the time and ask I sewer is go to twitter or Facebook no real customer support voice to voice such a shame you could have been great but way too greedy
