This new app for the Hartford is the worst I have used. It doesn't work. After you enter your username and password, a message appears that says "Something went wrong" to contact them. If you click on contact us, the app crashes. I have been trying for ever and I get nowhere. If I try logging via browser (pick any browser, I have tried all), the website keeps asking for the password, no matter how many times you entered.

This app doesn't work worth a darn. It only records a small part of my trips or doesn't record them at all. On one trip it says I was distracted by handling my phone or taking a call when I didn't even touch my phone. Went on a 92 mile trip yesterday and it didn't even record it. This app is totally worthless. I get much better results using Google Maps. Really a poor excuse for an app that is supposed to determine how much discount I will get on my insurance. Total Junk!!! Get one that works

Horrible! Laggy, crashes frequently when trying to use it, user interface/layout is lousy. Not very user friendly. Also, format of info is confusing. Says next payment due date is the following month, last payment shows as previous month's payment and account is paid up to date, but yet current month's is not yet deducted since it's due date is a couple of days away. Makes it confusing and as if you don't owe for the current month even though you do.
