buggy app, poor customer support. have been on the phone & had several online chats with customer service. they are only able to offer very basic advice rather than accept that I am trying to flag a potential glitch that is making it impossible to log in. I have been using this app for years. my problems accessing my account are not related to some sudden stupidity, which customer service heavily implies when asking me silly questions like "do you actually have an account?" lol.

This app doesn't work very well, can't load my shopping lists. Thought I would have better luck on the website, but I was wrong. Guess I'll be taking my shopping somewhere else. Well, I gave it a second chance.. with no success! I tried clearing the cash memory and reinstalling the update, but this app has problems loading my shopping list and constantly crashes. I don't know what else to do!

The grocery lists can't be deleted, but they CAN and WILL be duplicated once in the shopping cart, so you have to go through and delete items one by one. It's a very cumbersome application that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, particularly seniors. Update: November 2025 I still cannot delete grocery lists from years ago, and the items are added to a new cart Every Single Time. I pay more using Uber Eats and get no Scene Points when ordeing because this app is so awful to use. It's so frustrating
