Not very helpful This isn't very helpful for those having trouble without any coping skills. It's rather empty with no substantive support. I've tried to help my fiancee with her lack of coping skills by using this app and we both felt it got us nowhere. I have excellent coping skills and even i thought this was rather textbook dry. This app is better suited for students or teachers but not for people struggling with inadequate coping skills.
Excellent resource Thanks for making an app that is usefull for both professionals and anyone who wants to increase their emotional awareness. Having this available on my phone is a perfect format. Everyone experiences stress and this app helps to not only identify your feelings, but gives concrete examples of simple strategies to make yourself feel in control and happier.
Poor UI layout and overall functionality. The cards are assuming you have a good grasp on some of these concepts. More activities and functionality needs to be added before you can go charging for this. It is not worth the money.
