Initially we really loved the app. I have been playing since inception, and contributed to the rescue of 15 dogs. I have had multiple issues with the app. after contacting the developer and support I still have nowhere resolution. I was paying for a quarterly subscription. now it says that my free subscription has been canceled, I can't get back to the subscription I had before and can't seem to get a response or anybody about what I was paying for if it was free. Totally disappointed

Towards the end of 2025, something went wrong on this app. I noticed others have the same issues. I had 1 full remote foster package and 3 smaller add-ons. The dogs do not show as being fostered now. Additionally, dogs are marked adopted and they are not. Worse still there are instances where the dogs have not returned to the support pool listing. I am being charged for 1 smaller add-on and the main package, which is incorrect. Support is silent. Please don't do this to dogs in need!

Cute, Fun, Game, ads can be a little annoying at times. When I switch over just to check the other dog, an ad (that doesn't come with a watch video button) plays before it. I understand that without having ads you guys won't be able to do what you do-- but we are doing something good-- and that is what counts.
